영통구청 앞 돼지고기집, 고반식당

지난달 회식을 했던 영통구청 앞 '고반식당'입니다.

수원 영통구청 앞에는 추천할만한 3개의 돼지고기집이 있는데,

그 중에 1개인 '고반식당'을 포스팅합니다.

나머지 2개는 체인점인 '하남돼지'와 '맛찬들'입니다.

It is a 'Goban restaurant' in front of Suwon Yeongtong-gu office where we had dinner last month.

In front of Yeongtong District Office, there are three pork houses to recommend. One of them is 'Koban Restaurant'.

The other two are 'Henam Pig' and 'matchandle'.

보통 '고반식당'에 저녁을 먹으러 가면 '한마리 세트'를 제일 많이 먹습니다.

테이블 당 '한마리 세트'를 주문하는 경우가 많습니다.

'고반식당'의 '한마리 세트'는 다양한 부위를 많이 먹을 수 있습니다.

그리고 '한마리 세트'를 주문하면 추가로 제공하는

'김치찌개'와 '된장술밥'중에서는 김치찌개를 선호합니다.

'된장술밥'은 된장국에 밥이 말아져서 나오는 음식입니다.

Usually, when I go to dinner at a 'Goban restaurant', I eat 'one-pig set' the most.

We often order 'one-pig set' per table.

The 'one-pig set' of the 'Koban restaurant' can eat many different parts.

And if you order 'one-pig set', you prefer Kimchi stew from 'Kimchi stew' and 'Miso soup with rice', which are additional.

'Miso soup with rice' is the food that comes out of rice in miso soup.

수원 영통구청 앞 돼지고기 전문점인 '고반식당'의 기본 상차림입니다.

도라지, 김치류, 그리고 '명이나물',

소금, 와사비, 젓갈이 기본으로 나옵니다.

'고반식당'의 장점은 '명이나물'을 추가해도 추가금이 없습니다.

다른 식당은 '명이나물'을 추가하면 추가금을 받는 곳이 많습니다.

It is the basic table setting of 'Suwon Goban Restaurant' which is specialty restaurant of pork in front of Yeongtong District Office.

Bellflower, kimchi, and 'myung-i herbs',

Salt, wasabi, and salted fish.

The advantage of the 'Goban Restaurant' is that you can not add any additional charge for 'myung-i herbs'.

There are many other restaurants receive additional money if they add the 'myung-i herbs'.

'고반식당'은 화로대같은 곳에 숯을 넣고 고기를 구워줍니다.

고기 굽는 것은 알바생이 하기 때문에 구워진 편하게 고기를 먹을 수 있습니다.

고기를 몇번 먹었더니 고기를 구워주는 알바생이 힘들어하는 것이 보입니다.

'Goban restaurant' puts charcoal in the same place and grill meat.

Because grilled meat is part-timer, you can eat meat easily.

I've eaten meat a few times and I can see that the part-timer of grilled meat is difficult.

마지막으로 주문해서 먹은 '고반명란밥'입니다.

밥 위에 김과 명란젓을 올린 음식이었습니다.

Lastly, I ordered 'Goban myungran-bab'.

It was the food which put the laver and the salted pollack roe on rice.

개인적으로 '고반식당'은 수원 영통구청 앞에서 저녁에 돼지고기를 먹기에 적당한 곳이라고 생각합니다.

Personally, I think that 'Goban restaurant' is suitable for eating pork in the evening in front of Suwon Yeongtong-gu Office.
