삼성 스마트폰에 탑재되어 있는 삼성페이 정리.

Samsung Pay app, which is installed on the Samsung smartphone.

삼성페이 앱은 크게 2가지로 구성된다.

1. MST를 이용하여 신용카드 마그네틱 정보를 사용할 수 있는 서비스.

2. NFC를 이용하여 티머니 혹은 캐시비 교통카드를 사용할 수 있는 서비스.

Samsung Pay App is composed of two major.

1. Service that can use credit card magnetic information by using MST.

2. A service that allows you to use T-money or Cash-bee transportation cards using NFC.

삼성페이 앱의 오프라인 이용방식은 크게 두가지로 나누어 진다.

1. MST를 이용하여 신용카드처럼 사용하는 경우.

- MST 서비스를 통해 이루어지는 서비스이다.

- 자신이 사용하는 신용카드 정보를 삼성페이 앱에 저장해서,

 삼성페이 앱을 사용하여 지문인식을 한 후에 카드 리더기에 접촉하는 방법으로 사용이 가능하다.

- 은행에서 돈을 입금 혹은 출금할 경우에도 마찬가지로 MST 서비스를 이용하는 것이다.

- 특히 2016년 12월부터 기존에 삼성페이 서비스가 제공되지 않았던 

신세계 계열사, 백화점, 이마트, 스타벅스에서도 사용이 가능하다.

There are two main types of offline usage of Samsung Pay app.

1. When using MST like a credit card.

- It is a service that is done through MST service.

- You can store your credit card information in the Samsung Pay App,

 It can be used as a method to contact the card reader after fingerprint recognition using Samsung Pay App.

- When depositing or withdrawing money from a bank, MST service is used as well.

- In particular, since December 2016, Samsung Pay service has not been provided

Shinsegae affiliates, department stores, E-Mart, Starbucks can also be used.

2. NFC를 이용하여 교통카드처럼 사용하는 경우.

NFC를 이용하여 교통카드로 사용할 때에는

삼성페이 앱을 실행하지 않고, NFC를 켜놓으면 된다.

이 서비스는 삼성페이 앱의 서비스가 아니라

기존에 사용하고 있던 티머니 혹은 캐시비의 기능을 삼성페이 앱 안에 묶어놓은 것으로,

삼성페이와 기술적으로 다른 서비스이다.

2. When using NFC as a traffic card.

When using NFC as a transportation card

Do not run the Samsung Pay app, just turn on NFC.

This service is not a service of Samsung Pay.

It is a bundle of functions of T-money or Cash-bee that you used in the Samsung Pay app,

It is a technically different service from Samsung Pay.

결국 삼성페이 앱에서 교통카드 기능을 사용하려면,

티머니 혹은 캐시비를 통해서 모바일 카드를 발급받으면 된다.

삼성페이 앱의 실행 유무와 상관없이 NFC를 켜서 핸드폰을 접촉시키면 된다.

If you want to use the traffic card function in Samsung Pay app,

You can get a mobile card through T-money or cash-bee.

Regardless of whether Samsung Pay is running or not, turn on the NFC and touch the bus or train terminal.
