수원 영통구 저녁 회식 장소 "우판등심"

Yeongtong-gu Suwon evening dinner place "u-pan-deung-sim"

연말이라 회식 메뉴가 소고기로 결정되었습니다.

그중에서도 영통에서 조금 가격대가 있는 "우판등심"으로 회식장소가 결정되었습니다.

"우판등심"은 인천과 수원, 2군데에 지점이 있습니다.

처음 가보는 식당이라 기대를 갖고 갔습니다.

식당은 2층이었습니다.

The menu was decided to be beef because it is the end of the year.

Among them, the place to eat was decided by the "u-pan-deung-sim" with so high price range in Young-tong.

There are two branch offices in Incheon and Suwon.

I went there with the expectation because it was the first restaurant I went to.

The restaurant was on the second floor.

외투를 비닐에 넣고 앉으니 보이는,

"영통 우판등심"의 기본 상차림입니다.

상차림은 다른 소고기를 파는 식당과 큰 차이가 없었습니다.

후라이팬 위에 있는 것은 기름입니다.

It is the basic concept of "u-pan-deung-sim" that you see when you put your coat in vinyl.

The concepts were not much different from other beef restaurants.

What is on the frying pan is lard.

다른 메뉴들도 있었지만 역시나 소고기를 주문했습니다.

소고기는 언제 먹어도 참 맛있어 보입니다.

There were other menus, but I also ordered beef.

The beef looks delicious even when you eat it.

기름을 두른 후에 연기가 나면 고기를 올려서 빠르게 굽습니다.

직원들이 구워주기 때문에 다 익기전까지 젓가락질을 할 필요가 없습니다.

"수원 우판등심"에서 괜히 구우려고 했다가 직원들에게 혼날 수도 있습니다.

기름이 튀어서 다칠 수 있기 때문입니다.

If you smoke after you have oiled, raise the meat and bake it quickly.

Because employees cycle to bake the meat until the meat is ripening, I do not need to use chopsticks.

I can try to grill the meat out of my "Suwon u-pan-deung-sim" and get hung up on my staff.

It is because the oil splashes and can be hurt.

"우판등심"에서는 다 구워진 소고기는 버섯과 양파 위에 올려주십니다.

고기뿐만 아니라 함께 구워지는 버섯과 양파도 참 맛있습니다.

앞에서 말한 것처럼 다 굽기 전에는 기름이 튈 수 있으니 주의해야 합니다.

On the "u-pan-deung-sim", you can put the grilled beef on mushrooms and onions.

Not only meat, but also mushrooms and onions are very delicious.

As mentioned before, you may notice oil splashing before burning.

"우판등심"의 "된장밥"을 주문해서 먹었습니다.

"된장밥"은 일행 수의 절반정도만 주문한다면 맛있게 입가심할 수 있을 것 같습니다.

생각보다 양이 많습니다.

I ate "miso rice" of "u-pan-deung-sim" and ate it.

"Miso rice" If you order only about half of the number of people, I think I can be delicious.

More than I thought.

저는 국수를 주문해서 먹었습니다.

개인적으로 "수원 우판등심"의 고기는 누구에게나 추천할 정도로 맛있었지만,

국수는 별로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

소고기를 맛있게 먹고싶다면 방문할만한 식당이라고 생각합니다.

I ordered noodles and ate them.

Personally, the meat of the "Suwon u-pan-deung-sim" was delicious enough to be recommended to anyone, 

but I do not recommend the noodles.

If you want to eat beef delicious, I think it is a good place to visit.
