저는 소설을 읽는 것을 좋아합니다.
I like reading novels.
학생때도 소설, 특히 무협지나 판타지물을 좋아했었고 여러 추리 소설을 읽는 것을 좋아했습니다.
When I was a student, I liked novels, especially martial arts and fantasy books, and I liked to read many mystery novels.
"묵향"같은 소설을 수십번 읽었고, 책 대여점이나 도서관에서 책을 대여해서 많이 읽었습니다.
I have read novels like "Mukhyang" dozens of times, and I have borrowed books from book stores and libraries.
군대에서 처음 라이트노벨이라고 불리는 장르 소설을 후임 병사 덕분에 알게 되었습니다.
For the first time in the army, I got to know a genre novel called Light Noble thanks to my successor.
그때 읽었던 책이 "어떤 마술의 금서목록", "어떤 과학의 초전자포" 등등 유명한 장르 소설을 중심으로 읽게 되었습니다.
The book that I read at that time was based on famous genre novels such as "A Golden Book List of Some Magic" and "A Super-Electronic Gun of Some Science."
웹소설을 처음 읽게된 계기는 복합적인데,
I first read a web novel because it is a complex one.
이후에 전역하고 베스트셀러 소설을 중심으로 읽고 있다가,
저와 친한 P군이 웹 소설/장르 소설을 추천해주었고 최근까지 재미있게 읽고 있습니다.
After being discharged from military service and reading about best-selling novels,
my close friend P recommended a web novel/genre novel and has been enjoying it until recently.
작년에 읽었던 웹소설은 대부분 웹소설을 좋아하는 사람들이 들으면 바로 알 수 있는 소설들 이었습니다.
Most of the web novels I read last year were novels that would be instantly known by people who like web novels.
2019년 12월까지 읽었던 소설 중 생각나는 것을 정리해보면,
친구 P군이 추천해준 소설들이 대부분 이었습니다.
To summarize the novels I read until December 2019, most of them were recommended by my friend P.
- 나는 귀족이다(나귀족) ★★★★★
. 먼치킨류를 개인적으로 좋아하기도 하지만, 먼치킨의 원조면서 중후반까지는 스토리가 흥미진진한 웹소설. 극후반부는 몰입도가 조금 떨어지는게 흠이었습니다.

제가 웹소설을 읽으면서 생각한 것은 웹소설은 소설가들이 출판사를 거치지 않고 소비자들의 리액션을 바로바로 느낄 수 있게 해주면서 스토리나 삽화에 소비자가 꽤나 큰 영향력을 준다고 생각합니다.
And what I thought about when I read a web novel is that it gives a lot of influence to the story and the illustration, allowing novelists to feel the reaction of consumers right away without going through the publisher.
그것으로 인해서 기존 작가들도 많은 영향을 받을 것이라고 생각합니다.
I think that's going to have a lot of impact on existing.
웹툰이 만화가들을 소비자와 쉽게 연결해주었던것처럼 말이죠.
Just like Webtoons used to connect cartoonists to consumers.
