와이프 허리랑 족저근막염 예방을 위해 아마존에서 직구한 깔창 리뷰

제 와이프는 약사입니다.

약사는 대부분의 시간을 서서 일을 하다 보니 허리 통증이나 족저근막염이 오는 경우가 많습니다.

족저근막염은 말 그대로 족저근막에 염증이 생기는 질병으로,

오래 서있거나 오래 달리는 일을 하는 경우에 많이 생긴다고 합니다.

My wife is a pharmacist.

Pharmacists spend most of their time working and often have back pain or plantar fasciitis.

Plantar fasciitis is a disease that literally causes plantar fasciitis, 

and it is often caused by standing or running for a long time.

족저근막염은 발바닥에 잇는 쿠션 역할을 해주고 있는 지방층이 줄어들고, 

발바닥의 근막에 지속적인 자극으로 인해 염증이 생긴다고 하네요.

Plantar fasciitis reduces the layer of fat that acts as a cushion to the sole of the foot, 

and is said to be inflamed due to persistent irritation of the sole of the foot.

그래서 제가 도움을 줄 수 있는 것이 있을까 해서 찾다 보니,

미국에서 족저근막염 혹은 오래 서서 일하는 사람들이 사용하는 깔창에 있는 것을 발견했습니다.

So when I looked for something I could help with, 

I found it in the insole used by plantar fasciitis or long standing people in the United States.

"Dr. scholl" 이라는 브랜드의 깔창입니다.

It is a brand insole of "Dr. scholl".

이 회사를 설립한 설립자는 시카고 의과대학을 졸업하고, 이 회사를 설립했다고 합니다.

회사 소개를 참고하면 COMFORT&ENERGY, STYLISH STEP, ATHLETIC SERIES, PARIN RELIEF 등 여러 가지 방면으로 사람들의 걷는데 도움을 준다고 합니다.

그래서 이번에 부모님과 와이프를 위해서 "PAIN RELIEF" 라인에 있는 깔창 제품을 구매했습니다.

If you refer to the company, it will help people walk in various ways such as COMFORT & ENERGY, STYLISH STEP, ATHLETIC SERIES and PARIN RELIEF.

So this time I bought the insoles on the "PAIN RELIEF" line for my parents and wife.

저는 기존에 "COMFORT&ENERGY" 제품을 사용하고 있습니다.

사무직이다 보니 많이 걷지 않아서 "PAIN RELIEF" 제품보다는 "COMFORT&ENERGY"가 나을 것 같아서 주문했었습니다.

제가 신고 있는 나이키 단화에 "COMFORT&ENERGY" 라인 중 하나인 "EXTRA SUPPORT" 깔창을 넣고 잘 사용 중입니다.

단점은 키높이 효과가 하나도 없습니다.

I used "COMFORT & ENERGY" products.

Since I was a white collar worker, I didn't walk much, so I ordered it because I think "COMFORT & ENERGY" is better than "PAIN RELIEF".
I use my Nike shoes with the "EXTRA SUPPORT" insole, one of the "COMFORT & ENERGY" lines.

The downside is that there is no height effect.

저는 많은 깔창 중에서 총 5개의 깔창을 주문했습니다.

저는 여분의 ATHLETIC SERIES 깔창이 있었기 때문에, 부모님과 와이프가 사용할 깔창만을 주문했습니다.

I ordered a total of five insoles out of many.

I had an extra ATHLETIC SERIES insole, so I ordered only the insole for my parents and wife.

이렇게 많은 깔창이 어떤 종류이신지 궁금하실 것 같아서 모두 펼쳐서 사진을 찍어보았습니다.

제가 이번에 구매한 제품은 뒤꿈치 통증을 위한 깔창 2쌍(아빠).

관절염 통증을 위한 깔창 2쌍(와이프와 엄마)

- 관절염은 관절에 영향을 미치는 여러 장애를 의미한다고 합니다.

- 일반적으로는 관절 통증이나 관절이 뻣뻣해지는 현상을 의미합니다.

- 점진적으로 시작되거나 갑자기 시작될 수 있기 때문에 와이프나 엄마가 필요할 것 같았습니다.

Arthritis refers to a number of disorders that affect the joints.

-Generally refers to joint pain or stiffness of the joints.

-My wife or mom seemed to need it because it could start gradually or suddenly.

그리고 허리 통증을 위한 깔창 1쌍(와이프)

- 허리 통증은 대부분 무거운 물체를 들어 올리는 동안 생기거나 근육 염좌 같은 것 때문에 생긴다고 합니다.

- 와이프는 약국에서 오래 서있어서 허리가 긴장해서 오는 것때문에 생기는 것 같기에 필요할 것 같았습니다.

And one pair of insole for back pain (For wife)

-Back pain is most often caused by lifting a heavy object or something like a muscle sprain.

-My wife was in a pharmacy for a long time, so it seemed to be caused by tension coming from her back.

이 선물을 받고 부모님과 와이프가 좋아하면 제 기분도 참 좋을 것 같습니다.

다른 분들도 허리나 뒤꿈치 통증이 있다면,

깔창을 바꿔보는 것도 통증을 줄이는데 유의미한 구매가 될 수 있을 것 같습니다.
