네팔 카트만두에서 방문한 작은 별(Small Star) 식당

포카라에서 ABC 트래킹을 끝마치고 카트만두로 비행기를 타고 온 후 방문한 카트만두 식당이다.

작은별 식당은 카트만두의 '타멜' 끝 쪽에 있는 네팔 식당이다.

티벳 게스트 하우스에서 멀지 않다.

현지인들이 많이 찾는 식당으로 유명하다.

'트립 어드바이저'의 리뷰를 찾아보더라도 다른 말보다 현지 식당의 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 식당이라는 평이 많다.

말그대로 정말 현지인도 많고, 가격도 정말 저렴하다.

담배를 싫어한다면 여기저기에서 담배를 피우기 때문에 조금 힘들 수 있다.

After finishing ABC Tracking at Pokhara, I went to Kathmandu after boarding the plane.

The small star restaurant is a Kathmandu restaurant on the end of 'Thamel' in Kathmandu.

Not far from Tibet Guest House.

It is famous for the Nepal restaurant which many locals look for.

If you look at reviews of 'Trip Adviser', there are many restaurants that you can feel the atmosphere of a local restaurant.

Literally, there are many local people, and the price is really low.

If you do not like cigarettes, it can be a little tough because you smoke from here and there.

또한, 네팔 전통 술인 '퉁바'를 먹을 수 있는 곳으로 유명하다.

'퉁바'는 빨대로 빨아먹는 발효주로 우리나라 막걸리와 비슷한 맛이 난다.

It is also famous for eating Nepalese traditional drink 'Tungba'.

'Tungba' is a fermented wine that sucks in straws and tastes similar to Korean rice wine.

작은별(Small Star) 네팔 식당의 입구 사진이다.

입구를 들어가도 전혀 손님을 반기는 느낌이 들지 않는다.

1층을 지나치면 주방이 나오는데 주방에 있는 분들이 더 반겨주는 느낌이다.

난 2층에서 식사 및 술을 마셨는데 합석은 기본이고 정말 정신없는 식당이었다.

If you pass through the first floor, the kitchen will come out, but the people in the kitchen will feel more welcoming.

I drank meals and drinks on the second floor, but the meals were basic and really crazy.

퉁바는 저 곳에 물을 부어서 계속 빨대로 마실 수 있는 네팔 전통 술이다.

물론 마실 때마다 술이 점점 옅어진다.

Of course, every time you drink, your liquor gradually fades.

함께 주문한 음식은 '뗌툭'이라고 불리우는 한국의 수제비와 같은 음식이다.

개인적으로 정말 가격대비 추천할만한 맛이다.

한국 사람이라면 좋아할 것이라고 생각한다.

The food ordered together is the same as the Korean handmade bread called '뗌뗌' '.

Personally, it is really recommended taste for price.

I think Koreans would like it.

그리고 합석한 네팔리들에게 부탁하여 '칠리 버프'이라는 음식도 먹어볼 수 있었다.

우리나라 제육볶음이라고 생각했는데 실제로 나와보니 '닭똥집'과 비슷한 음식이었다.

물론 맛은 '닭똥집'과는 전혀 달랐다.

And I asked the entourage of the Nepalese to eat the food called 'Chili Buff'.

I thought it was fried in Korea, but it was similar to a chicken liver.

Of course, the flavor was quite different from the chicken.

트래킹을 위해 네팔 카트만두의 '타멜거리'를 방문한다면 작은별 식당(Small Star)는 가볼만한 카트만두 식당이다.

If you visit Thamel Street in Kathmandu, Nepal for trekking, Small Star is a worthy Kathmandu restaurant.

네팔 카트만두에서 방문한 모모스타 식당

네팔 ABC 트래킹을 가기로 해서 첫날 저녁식사를 한 'Momo Star' 식당.

'Momo Star'는 카트만두 티벳 게스트하우스 근처에 있다.

'Momo Star'는 네팔 전통음식이 많이 파는 식당이다.

버거, 시즐러, 만두와 비슷한 Momo, 스프링 롤, 달밧 같은 음식을 판매했다.

'Momo Star' is located near Kathmandu Tibet Guest House.

'Momo Star' is a restaurant selling a lot of Nepalese traditional food.

Burgers, sizzler, dumplings and similar foods like Momo, spring roll, and dalbat.

Below is the entrance to the 'Momo Star' restaurant.

'Momo Star'에는 내일부터 ABC 트래킹을 함께 할 몇몇 한국인과 함께 갔다.

우리가 'Momo Star'에서 주문한 음식은 버터 치킨 마살라 커리,

달밧, 튀긴 만두, 그리고 맥주였다.

맥주는 네팔 맥주인 에베레스트 맥주를 주문했다.

아래 사진은 네팔 카레 정식인 '달밧'의 모습이다.

ABC 트래킹하는 중에 먹은 '달밧'도 비슷하다.

I went to 'Momo Star' with some Koreans who will be doing ABC Tracking tomorrow.

The food we ordered at 'Momo Star' was butter chicken Marsala curry,

Dalbat, fried dumplings, and beer.

The beer ordered Everest beer, a Nepalese beer.

The picture below shows Nepalese curry menu 'Dalbat'.

The ABC Trekking "Dalbat" is similar.

아래 사진은 네팔 카트만두에 있는 'Momo Star'의 버터 치킨 마살라 카레이다.

매운 색깔을 갖고있지만 전혀 맵지 않고 정말 맛있는 카레였다.

하지만 향신료가 들어가 있어서 못 먹는 동료도 있었다.

하지만 태국이나 다른 동남아보다 향신료향이 약했기에 맛있게 먹었다.

The picture below is butter chicken Marsala curry from 'Momo Star' in Kathmandu, Nepal.

It had a spicy color, but it was really delicious curry without spicy at all.

However, there were colleagues who could not eat because of the spice.

But it was more delicious than spicy flavor than Thailand or other Southeast Asian countries.

카트만두 맛집인 'Momo Star'에서 먹은 튀긴 소고기 만두였다.

소고기뿐만 아니라 야채와 닭으로 만든 Momo도 있었다.

그리고 튀기지 않고 삶은 Momo도 있었다.

It was fried beef dumplings that I ate at 'Momo Star'.

There was Momo made with vegetables and chicken as well as beef.

And there was Momo who boiled without splashing.

아래 사진은 모모스타에서 마신 네팔 맥주인 에베레스트 맥주이다.

전통적인 네팔 라거 맥주였고,

650ml 큰 병 사이즈이다.

그 외에도 몇가지 맥주가 더 있었다.

Nepal Ice나 Tobouge같은 맥주들이다.

특이한 점은 음식 가격에 비해서 맥주 가격이 비싸다.

It was a traditional Nepalese lager beer,

650ml is a large bottle size.

There were also a few other beers.

Beer such as Nepal Ice or Tobouge.

Unusual is the price of beer compared to the price of food.

네팔맛집인 카트만두 '모모스타'에서 저녁을 먹으면서 

네팔음식이 한국 사람들에게 참 잘 맞는다는 생각을 했다.

누군가 네팔 카트만두에서 식사를 한다면

모모스타는 추천할 만한 식당이지 않을까 생각을 한다.

적당한 맛과 만족스러운 가격이었다.

I thought that Nepalese food is very good for Koreans.

If someone is eating at Kathmandu, Nepal

Momosta thinks it might be a good restaurant.

It was reasonable taste and satisfactory price.
